Hitman goes mobile

The stealth assassin goes roaming

NEWS: 26 April 2005 23:37 GMT by Stuart Miles

Hitman, Eidos's shooter romp is coming to a mobile near you. The assassin game won't be developed by Eidos however. That pleasure will go to BAFTA winning Mprpheme.

The game - called Hitman: Blood Money will be developed for Java-enabled handsets and be split into two episodes; the first episode will be released simultaneously with the PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC versions of Hitman: Blood Money.

The mobile version of Hitman: Blood Money is based on the storyline of the console and PC versions, with Agent 47 finding himself in the midst of a battle between two rival contract agencies.
