Gamers can crush the competition with the Belkin NostromoR SpeedPad n52

PRESS RELEASE: Belkin (www.belkin.co.uk), the leading manufacturer of connectivity solutions, today announces the UK launch of the Nostromo SpeedPad n52. Gamers will now be able to enjoy increased game-play control and flexibility thanks to the new Belkin Nostromo SpeedPad n52. By combining keyboard and game-pad functions into one device, the n52 captures all the advantages of its critically acclaimed predecessor, the n50, to deliver improved benefits for a superior gaming experience.

During on-line or competitive gaming, users of the n52 can effortlessly carve reaction times to down to nanoseconds, by making use of the up to 104 programmable functions. Additionally, eight on-the-fly kill views and instant diagonal control help to bump users to the top echelon of the computer gaming arena.

"We listened to all the feedback from hard-core gamers about the first SpeedPad to design the added features on the new n52," explains Robin Falconer, Sales and Marketing Director, Belkin. "The faithful demanded more keys, more comfort, a full 360-degree scroll wheel, and greater stability. We are confident that gamers will be satisfied and impressed with the results."

The n52 features 14 programmable keyboard-style buttons plus 2 thumb buttons, and an extra row of keys (over the n50), with presets for select games 360-degree mouse wheel for intuitive gaming and lightning-quick strikes. It comes equipped with 3 status LEDs for quick-checks of which shift state is active, and an adjustable, removable left-hand rest. The Nostromo SpeedPad n52 also features a programmable 8-way directional pad, to give users maximum manoeuvrability and flexibility.
