Ubisoft unveils Rayman Raving Rabbids

Rayman goes next gen

NEWS: 4 May 2006 0:46 GMT by Stuart Miles

Following the announcement earlier in the month that Rayman was making a comeback, Ubisoft, has confirmed more details of the fourth installment of the Rayman franchise, now officially titled Rayman Raving Rabbids.

Scheduled for current and next-generation video game consoles, Rayman Raving Rabbids also joins the line-up as an official launch title for Nintendo’s Wii, formerly known as the Nintendo Revolution.

Developed by team responsible for the original Rayman games, Rayman Raving Rabbids marks the return of the iconic video-game hero, Rayman, in supposedly his zaniest adventure ever.

Taking a leaf out of Wallace and Gromit adventures, the game will centre around defeating an invasion of crazed, out-of-control bunnies.
