Last Autumn SCI rewarded the fans of the bestselling Conflict: Desert Storm with a sequel. The next game, like many other developers, opens up a new front and franchise in the shape of Conflict: Vietnam.

It's early from the announcement but the four-man squad-based command system of the Desert Storm trilogy will remain and the action will be set in 1968. Expect the same fiendish difficulty level of the first two titles and the game will stir in the familiar hallmarks of Vietnam: booby traps, miles of endless forests, Bell Huey helicopters, river boats and paddy fields.

This next game in the Conflict range ships out in the Autumn.
