Thrustmaster has launched a WI-FI Network Gaming System, following on on the heals of network manufacturers like Linksys and Netgear.

This system is compatible with the PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube consoles, as well as with PC.

For LAN (Local Area Network) gaming with 2 consoles, users simply connect each Wi-Fi Network Gaming unit to each console.

The Wi-Fi Network Gaming also allows connection to a Wi-Fi router so you can connect online.

The WI-FI Network Gaming System will be available from October 2004. Pricing has yet to be confirmed.
