Half-Life 2: Episode Two delayed

More delays but the content has been confirmed

NEWS: 8 February 2007 15:20 GMT by Chris Ford

It seems that yet more delays have hit Half-Life 2, the much awaited Xbox 360, PS3 and PC package.

The classic game was announced as an Xbox and PS3 version last summer with a “holiday 2006” tag, along with the PC expansion. That was soon put back to “early 2007”. Then it was “summer 2007”.

Now it looks as if it will be with us towards the end of the year with publicity touting a “winter 2007” release. How long will they make us wait?!?

Well, wait we will have to, but at least we know what we’re waiting for. EA have also released details of what the package will include, and you won’t be disappointed.

EA and Valve announced Team Fortress 2, Portal, and Half-Life 2: Episode One and Two would all be bundled together with original game for the 360 and PS3 releases. The stand-alone PC expansion would also have the two new games as a bonus.

It just makes waiting that little bit harder.
