New Rainbow Six Xbox 360 downloadable content

Player’s Pack Red Edition to rock Vegas

NEWS: 15 February 2007 10:32 GMT by Chris Ford

Ubisoft have released the full list for the upcoming Player’s Pack Red Edition, an all-new downloadable content (DLC) package for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas, and exclusively for the Xbox 360.

To be available on Xbox LIVE! Marketplace by the end of March, this package will go all the way to maximise the original game by permitting players to continue with five more multiplayer maps and two new game modes.

The new maps include the Doscala Restaurant, a well-known Italian restaurant in the heart Las Vegas, the Marshalling Yard, an old service yard in the centre of an industrial district, and the Roof of a Coffee Factory which has been overrun in continuing gang violence.

In addition there’ll be two revisited maps, Border Town Redux and Killhouse Redux.

The new modes are the Assassination mode, where the Attackers have to eliminate a high-value asset of the Defenders, who'll try to escort the VIP to his extraction Zone, and Total Conquest, a team, static control-point game mode where each map contains three “Mobile Radar Installations”. Teams must activate and maintain control of at least one of the three Mobile Radar Installations locations for a given period of time.
