Star Wars to be unleashed on more consoles

More platforms, a new website and even dates!

NEWS: 19 February 2007 10:09 GMT by Chris Ford

More information has begun to filter through about the new Star Wars title, The Force Unleashed which now it seems will be available on the PSP, PS2 and Nintendo DS.

Lucus Arts had already released details that the new game would be out on the Xbox 360 and PS3 but now they’ve widened the net to include handhelds and the trusty PS2.

As for a time scale … well, that looks like November 2007 and to celebrate Lucus Arts have also launched a new website to give fans all they need to know about the title; just follow the link below.

The story line is something that George Lucus himself has supervised and it comes somewhere between Episode III Revenge of the Sith and Episode IV A new Hope. Players take on the role of Darth’s new apprentice who has to hunt down the last of the Jedi.
