New Lost Planet maps

As promised, new fps battlefields

NEWS: 12 March 2007 10:19 GMT by Chris Ford

Capcom has kept true to its word and released a pack of new multiplayer maps for Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, its top selling First Person Shooter.

The pack includes two new maps, Island 902 and Radar Field, and is now ready to buy on Xbox Live Marketplace for all of 400 Microsoft Points/$5.

Radar Field will give gamers the chance to battle in a construction site in what is essentially a close-quarters scenario. The map has a massive radar dish (duh!) which is a great place to get an overview of the entire battlefield.

Island 902, on the other hand, has several islands interconnected by bridges, as well as subterranean areas.

Five more packs are expected over the coming months.
