Released a short while back on the PSP and Wii, Metal Slug Anthology is now going to get an airing on the PS2.

Set to launch in May by developers SNK Playmore, Metal Slug Anthology is a neat package of all the platform action that’s been going down since its debut in arcades back in 1996 on the NEOGEO.

Including Metal Slug, Metal Slug 2, Metal Slug X, Metal Slug 3, Metal Slug 4, Metal Slug 5 and the latest addition to the series, Metal Slug 6, the Anthology is a must have for any Slug heads out there.

”The Metal Slug franchise is synonymous with frantic arcade action and over the top exciting gun play”, said Peter Rollinson, Product Manager, Ignition Entertainment, responsible for the PSP version.
