Nintendo President spreads the good news - 79 DS and 45 Wii first-party titles

NEWS: 30 April 2007 10:56 GMT by Chris Ford

Satoru Iwata, Nintendo’s president, has set a busy work schedule for his underlings by announcing that the company has 124 games in development.

The incredibly high number consists of 79 DS and 45 Wii titles, the first batch of which should be out “at the end of the summer”.

No titles have been named as yet for the first set of releases but they come before what is being touted as one of the busiest fourth quarter release schedules in gaming history.
