EA's NBA LIVE 08 finds cover with Gilbert Arenas

NBA Live for the Wii and PS3 for the first time

EA have announced that Washington Wizards All-Star Gilbert Arenas will be gracing the pack of NBA LIVE 08 which will be just one of several firsts for the game.

As well as being a first for the Wizards making a packshot, it will also be the first time that the Wii or PS3 will see NBA Live action.

The game, which will ship to stores worldwide this fall, has been something a bit special according to Arenas, who finished last season averaging 28.4 points and 6.0 assists per game.

“This is a dream come true”, said Arenas. “I’m a huge gamer and have been playing NBA LIVE since 1995. I never imagined that I would see my face on the cover of an EA SPORTS videogame.”
