EA launch Army of Two design competition

Design a weapon for upcoming title and see it in game

NEWS: 9 May 2007 15:46 GMT by Chris Ford

Throwing it open to the fans, EA has decided to give budding artists out there a chance to see their creation in one of its titles, Army of Two.

The Xbox 360 title is out sometime don’t know when (EA hasn’t been forthcoming with dates as yet) but if you fancy yourself as a gun designer then get drawing and see the EA Army of Two website for details.

EA want the weapons as pieces of unlockable content … there’ll be two lucky winners to the competition which requires that entrants submit, with their drawing, a 500 word description of how their weapon works, including type of ammo, rate of fire, additional features etc.

Regretably there are restrictions … You have to be a US resident and over 17. Entrees will be posted on the site were fans can vote for their favourite. The top ten will then be judged by EA on June 19, the competition closing 4 days earlier on the 15.
