Fan favourite Motorstorm is due for an upgrade under the bonnet and it’s coming sooner tan you may think, June 7 to be precise.

The update from Evolution Studios to the PS3 off-road racing game will bring new features, including an automatic ghost-driver upload.

There’ll also be a time attack mode which lets players race with up to seven ghost versions of themselves, or, if their feeling competitive, download and race against the best times logged by other gamers from a worldwide leaderboard.

And that’s not all as there’s an automatic race-video upload feature too where your best times that are up to global scratch will automatically be uploaded to a global leaderboard.

Also expect some other tweaks and fine tuning in the form of minor bug fixes, game list improvement, host identification, and the expansion of buddy lists to up to 50 people.
