With the release of Take Two’s financial report last week, rumours started circulating over a passage that stated that episodic content would be released on the 360… while not mentioning the PS3.

Well, a Take Two spokesperson has confirmed that this is the case, with the game seeing exclusive content on the Xbox.

The news is sure to cause consternation amongst PS3 owners but it will remain to be seen as to how much its absence will impact on the game when it’s released next October.

Incidentally, the financial report also mentioned a new Take Two title, L.A Noire, due out on the PS3 and Xbox 360 sometime in 2008.
