Episode 4 of Megawhat.tv has just gone live.

Stuart wangs his Wiimote at Resident Evil 4, does some surgery in Trauma Centre Second Opinion (definitely not one for the squeamish) and gets in some classic Nintendo game play Super Paper Mario.
