Wii's Japanese lead continues to grow monthly

NEWS: 2 July 2007 12:42 GMT by The latest data from Enterbrain games magazine shows that Nintendo's Wii outsold Sony's PlayStation 3 by a ratio of over 6 to 1 in June in Japan. Ninty flogged 270,974 units of the Wii in the four weeks ending June 24, compared with 41,628 units for the PS3 and 17,616 units for the Xbox 360. So far this year the Wii beat the PS3 4 to 1 in April, 5 to 1 in May and the latest ratio shows this impressive 6 to 1 lead for June. We're not mathimagicians but even we could draw a chart for that trend.
