Killer NIC network card to give gamers the edge

Revolutionary new gaming network card launched in UK

NEWS: 13 August 2007 0:00 GMT by Chris Ford

EuroTech are promising big things with its new Killer NIC, the worlds first Gaming Network Card for gamers.

Killer card has been designed to speed up performance of online games and provide gamers with a smoother online gaming experience. Available in two versions, the M1 and K1, they provide 400MHz and 333MHz NPU respectively.

The cards essentially reduce lag in gameplay by prioritising and delivering network packets before all other activity on the system, giving online fans the critical edge they need for games like World of Warcraft or Battlefield 2.

“We are thrilled with the reception and support we have witnessed from gamers and our new distribution partners across the globe for the Killer NIC”, said Harlan Beverly, co-founder and CEO of Bigfoot Networks.

“We are excited about the Killer’s continued momentum and believe UK gamers will enjoy the benefits the gaming network card delivers for their online gaming experience”, he continued.
