PS3 gets new Thrustmaster Ferrari Racing Wheel

Also coming to PC and PS2, and luckily without the Sports car price tag

NEWS: 27 August 2007 9:00 GMT by Stuart Miles

Thrustmaster has launched a new branded Ferrari racing wheel for PS2, PS3 and PC users wanting to get the most from their racing titles.

Called the Ferrari GT Experience, the black-coloured finish wheel will come with comfortable textured rubber grips, sequential gear shift levers and an array of the usual buttons.

According to Thrustmaster the wheel allows users to set steering sensitivity to adapt the performance to their own racing style or to the requirements of various racetracks, as well as being 100% programmable.

The Ferrari GT Experience racing wheel will be available from next month at a rather cheaper than a Ferrari price of £34.99.

Thrustmaster has also released the Universal Challenge Racing Wheel, an updated version of the Ferrari Challenge Racing Wheel which is now compatible with 5 formats: PS2, Cube, PS3, Virtual Console on Wii and PC. It will cost £24.99.
