Thrustmaster shows off the Run 'N' Drive

Wireless game pad from the experts

NEWS: 29 August 2007 17:48 GMT by Chris Ford

Thrustmaster runs its business like a family, as the latest proud offspring of the controller experts is the Run ‘N’ Drive Wireless 3 in 1 game pad.

Hard work has gone into the new addition to the family and Run’N’Drive now offers gamers a completely wireless experience for greater flexibility for console and PC play - Through the highest performance 2.4GHz radio frequency, gamers can play from over 10 metres away.

For PS3 users, the game pad now also includes the Home Button/PS Button, and there’s also its signature Optical Wheel, allowing automatic re-centring and unrivalled precision across all genres of game, particularly sniping, racing and sports games.

With the exclusive “Mapping” function (patent pending) and internal memory, gamers are also able to completely personalise the game pad to suit their individual gameplay, offering an unmatched gaming experience. All buttons, mini sticks, optical wheel and triggers are fully programmable and easily stored, meaning other players can easily reconfigure the pad for their turn.
