TimeSplitters 4 on the way

No consoles announced though

NEWS: 11 October 2007 11:04 GMT by Chris Ford

TimeSplitters is set to return with the fourth title… but that's about all that is known so far. No, really.

Developer Free Radical’s FPS series has been a steady source of shoot’em up fun since the original game’s release back in 2000 on the PS2, though news of the new title has been thin on the ground with no mention of a date or platforms as yet.

The website of game has a short trailer which pokes fun at all the fuss surrounding Halo 3 by showing Master Chief’s armour on a monkey!

The only other information available on the sire is a promise of “more crazy characters, devastating weapons and heart-pounding, hot, sweaty action”
