Ok so it's just announced a rather exciting line-up for the Wii and the DS - and, of course, the Wii Fit has just hit the shelves.

And, it's financial results were pretty peachy (operating profits nearly doubled this financial year), but no price cuts for either the DS or the Wii for a whole year?

According to an interview with Reuters, Nintendo is so confident of bumper sales this year, that any reductions on the two consoles are unlikely.

Nintendo president Satoru Iwata told an analyst meeting on Friday: "Our earnings projection for the year is not based on hardware price cuts, and I don't think we are going to need them".
