But doesn't have to listen if it disagrees

Sounds all rather nice doesn't it? Putting your faith and corporate choices in the hands of the people who buy the games? Of course it does. But then, didn't your parents always tell you to read the small print? And we quote: "Activision shall not be bound by the outcome of the community vote and Activision's decision(s) and selection(s) shall be final and binding." So ultimately, it's all a bit of a farce. But hey, we still voted. Currently the first cover is winning by nearly 10% - get over there and vote if you disagree. Just for the fun of it of course. Democracy is dead.
