If you love the great outdoors, but just don't really like the effort that comes with most of it, then some crazy developers have put together a device that means you could enjoy canoeing, without all that pesky paddling.
Take a look at the video and you'll see that some people with obviously too much time on their hands have modified canoes with small electric motors that are controllable by a Wiimote. It is only a steering mechanism - at the moment anyway - so things like acceleration are not controlled by the Wiimote, just left and right. What we want to know is, what happens when the batteries run out.
